Billie EIlish, Paul McCartney and Kendrick Lamar made headlines this year as the countdown began.
After being canceled due to Covid-19 in both 2020 and 2021, the iconic festival will make a long-awaited return from June 22 to 26.
Most of the major artists were announced earlier this year, but The Libertines topped the list of new arts added to the list today.
The rock band, led by Pete Doherty, last played the Pyramid Stage in 2015 and now they’re back for more.
Other performers announced for the big weekend include legendary Diana Ross.
It has been confirmed that big star Billie will perform on the Pyramid Stage on Friday with Foals playing the Other Stage.
On Saturday, Sir Paul will play on the main stage with Megan Thee Stallion and Roisin Murphy also other headliners.
Pet Shop Boys will headline Another Stage while Kendrick Lamar headlines Pyramid Stage on Sunday as Bicep signs things off.
Other giants at play include Primal Scream (Friday), Jamie T (Saturday) and Charlie XCX (Sunday).
Over 80 sensational musical acts will perform at the iconic music event running from Wednesday, June 22 to Sunday, June 26.
But there are many secret actions that have yet to be announced.
Fans were quick to recognize some of the ‘TBC’ positions on the lineup – and it has wiggling tongues.
In previous years, big bands like The Killers, Foals and Radiohead appeared in similarly unannounced films.
The John Peel Stage has a free slot from 2-3pm on the Sunday of the festival while seats will still be confirmed on the Park Stage from 6:15pm to 7:15pm on Sunday.
