GMB: Host jokes about Piers Morgan’s TV comeback

The Good Morning Britain co-hosts joked they needed to “lock the door” when Piers Morgan returned to ITV.

The TV presenter is being interviewed by Lorraine on her show Today in his first return to daylight since he decided to drop an argument with Alex Beresford over remarks he made. brought up about Meghan Markle.

Piers announced his return to daytime ITV this week in an online post.

On Twitter, he wrote: “BREAKING: I’m coming back to ITV tomorrow for the first time since Markle Debacle… live and definitely uncensored on @lorraine with the amazing @reallorraine – will be fun…

“(Maybe even bounce back to @GMB while I wait and get those ratings back.)”
