God of War Ragnarök: How to Get Grip of Gram in Temple of Light

GOD of War Ragnarök has hidden numerous upgrades in its huge world.

One of the more powerful is a relic called the Grip of Grief.

This grants you a Fury and stuns nearby enemies.

Despite its long 113-second cooldown, the effect is powerful enough that it’s a must-have when going into battle.

How to find the Grip of Sorrow in the Temple of Light

The Relic Grasp of Sorrow – also known as The Dragon’s Curse – can be found in God of War Ragnarök in the Temple of Light.

Once you find one of Odin’s ravens, you’ll see a chain scroll.

This raises and lowers a twilight stone and also an elevator.

To find Gram’s grip, you must break the connector holding the elevator so it falls to the ground.

This will allow you to reach the chest that contains the handle.

However, it’s a little tricky and requires a series of steps to complete this task.

First, pull the chain to raise the Twilight Stone. Then throw your ax at the wall you can see ahead.

If you did this correctly, the ax will now be embedded into the wall.

When you let go of the chain, the link holding the lift is between you and your axe.

Then recall your ax and the connector will break, dropping the elevator to the ground.

Use this to then access the chest that contains the Grip of Gram.

Before you can use this powerful relic, you must equip it in the menu.
