Santa Monica Studio has announced that God of War Ragnarok, which released last month on PlayStation consoles, will be getting a New Game Plus mode in the spring.
This message is short and sweet Tweet posted today from the studio saying fans can expect the feature to meet Ragnarok in spring 2023. What to expect remains unknown, however – Santa Monica Studio says it will “share more details as we get closer to release”.
While many had hoped Ragnarok would launch with a built-in New Game Plus mode, its arrival after the game’s release is not surprising. God of War (2018) also received its New Game Plus mode after launch. For now we’ll wait until next spring.
