How to use God of War Ragnarök’s Mystical Heirloom

In the main story, you unlock a relic called the Mystical Heirloom.

If you read the description it says, “Awakens something dormant, deep within the wielder.

“It seems important, but doesn’t seem to have any practical application in combat.”

If you’ve checked out the lore, you know that the troll statues you see all over the map are actually just sleeping trolls.

These can be awakened with the Mystic Heirloom.

Where to find Slumberstone in God of War Ragnarok?

The trolls will fight you as soon as you wake them up, so don’t do this until you’re ready.

Defeating them will drop Slumberstones, which can be used to craft Steinbjorn armor.

You have to take them to the Blacksmith to have him transform them for you.

Where are the sleeping trolls in God of War Ragnarok?

Sleeping Trolls can be found in three different locations. They are:

• The southwest corner of The Forbidden Sands.
• Noatun’s Garden.
• The ruined outpost in the Sea of ​​Nine.

You must defeat them in all three locations in order to craft the Steinbjorn Gauntlets, Steinbjorn Waistguard, and Steinbjorn Plackart.

What are the stats of God of War Ragnarök’s Steinbjorn Armor?

Once maxed out, the Steinbjorn Plackart provides 190 defense and triggers healing if you are close to death when attacking.

The Steinbjorn Gauntlets provide 34 Strength, 85 Defense, and give a medium chance to stun enemies when you take a hit.

The Steinbjorn Waistguard provides 119 Defense and also Stun that stacks with the Gauntlets.
