Gogglebox: Sophie and Pete try to break easter eggs
Gogglebox fans have shared their anxiety over Channel 4 favorite Pete Sandiford after he revealed his rather painful way of opening Easter eggs.
The reality TV star, 26, was left in agony as she showed her sister Sophie and Gogglebox viewers how he opens his chocolate egg each year.
The Blackpool native shocked Channel 4 viewers when he maliciously smashed an egg on his forehead in a hilarious scene.
Before the egg hit his face, Pete said to his sister, “Do you know the way to open an easter egg is to knock it out of the head?”
He continued: “You’re just sniffing the point out of your head. Look at this.”

Viewers then gasped as Pete appeared to be left in agony after breaking a bullet casing from his head.
After watching her brother open the egg, Sophie joked: “I think I cracked my skull just looking at you.”
And it wasn’t long before Gogglebox viewers flocked to Twitter to share their reactions – with one unimpressed fan of the Channel 4 show calling Pete’s act ‘silly’.
“It’s silly. Young people watching this show tonight will probably do it and hurt themselves. Anything to get attention,” one person said angrily.
