GOOGLE Maps users were left stunned after a man was spotted blinking as he walked his dog.

The cheeky man was spotted by a Google Street View camera as they drove through Liverpool.

Street View is a tool on Google Maps that provides interactive panoramas from locations along many streets around the world.
