AMAZON Prime Day is less than a week away – but there are already some excellent deals.
In a surprise early bird offer, Amazon has reduced the price of the entire Google Pixel 6 smartphone range, potentially saving you up to £200.
The Pixel 6 is Google’s flagship: it was released in October last year and is positioned as a direct competitor to the iPhone 13.
The Pixel range doesn’t have the same prestige as Apple’s hallowed iPhone line – but it still packs some seriously impressive features and internal horsepower thanks to Google’s brand new Tensor chip.
You’ve probably seen the TV ads promoting the Magic Eraser tool, a feature that cleverly erases photo bombers from the background of your snaps.
The high end Google Pixel 6 Pro also available for £649 (was £849)which has a larger screen and more internal memory.
The Sun’s Tech Editor Sean Keach tested both phones at launch and was very impressed with their performance – read his Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro review for more info.
It’s a good week for discounts on Google devices: just yesterday we discovered that the A-series Pixel Buds have been reduced by £26 and are now just £73.99.
There are thousands of Amazon Prime Day deals to be seen next week when the two-day sale begins on Tuesday (July 12).
But remember that unlike this Google Pixel 6 deal, they’re only available to Amazon Prime subscribers.
