Graham Potter tapped for Chelsea job as Tuchel leaves

Albion fans are keen to hear speculation about their club’s head coach Graham Potter after Chelsea sack Thomas Tuchel.

The German was sacked this morning after a Champions League defeat at Dynamo Zagreb, although reportedly the big decision had already been made.

Potter has garnered widespread admiration for guiding the Seagulls into the top four early in the season while playing some of the Premier League’s finest footballers.

He leads the early bets along with Mauricio Pochettino and Zinedine Zidane, who are without a club, although ‘next manager’ odds are notoriously volatile but can be a poor guide.

Chelsea’s statement said they will be “quickly appointing a new head coach”.

Albion Potter is unlikely to stand in the way if Chelsea approached and the head coach was keen to speak to them. Graham Potter tapped for Chelsea job as Tuchel leaves
