Graham Potter’s verdict as Brighton beat Leeds 1-0

Pascal Gross scored the goal to make it 1-0 in the 66th minute.

Head Coach Potter said: “The first half was a really strong performance.

“I thought we were the better team.

“We created a few opportunities and limited them to not too many. I can’t think of any.

“Disappointed not to have taken the lead at half-time but credit to the lads.

“You started the second half well and scored the goal and I think Leeds came back naturally because you are 1-0 down.

“It’s hard to control everything in the Premier League.

“Leeds are a good team, Jesse have done a really good job and they are difficult to play against.

“So we suffered a bit but I thought overall we deserved the win.” Graham Potter’s verdict as Brighton beat Leeds 1-0
