Great British Bake Off: Halloween biscuits by Janusz from Brighton

Brighton’s backstar surprised the judges with insect biscuits during yesterday’s Halloween episode of the Great British Bake Off.

In the episode, Janusz Domagala also wore a pair of zebra-print boots when he impersonated Great British Bake Off presenter Noel Feilding.

The bakers were tasked with three creepy bakes: first, an apple pie signature, a s’more-esque technique, and a showstopping supernatural piñata.

All attendees dressed up for the occasion and Janusz donned a pair of the host’s branded shoes and some eyeliner.

“I’ve decided to dress up as Noel, but I’m going to call myself Not Fielding,” he said.

“So I bake in heels.”

“Look at these,” Noel said.

“I also like the eye makeup,” said judge Prue Leith.

The 34-year-old has had a difficult week with his aromas.

The judges weren’t happy with the taste of his signature cake; however, he ended up technically winning second place and surprised the judges with his Halloween horror movie popcorn lantern containing insects.

“You should have put more crickets in there,” Prue said.

“Crickets have a wonderfully hearty taste.”
