While much of the content in this expansion will be drip-fed over time, much is already available now.

New weapons, vehicles, vendors, missions and more are on the way.

But they all miss the biggest addition as now your character can wear Airpods.

We’ve rounded up the key features of this new update so you can jump right into the fun stuff.

New Weapons

What would a shooter game be without things to shoot. Two new rifles are available for purchase in GTA Online.

The M16 rifle will be available very soon, although we don’t yet know how much it will cost.

However, you can buy the Precision Rifle right now for $391,500. As the name suggests, it has high accuracy, just keep control of the recoil.

New vehicles

One of the most important status symbols in the game are the cars, and you can buy six new ones in this update, with many more on the way.

The most expensive of these is the LM87 Hypercar, which retails for a whopping $2,915,000.

If you’re looking for a budget supercar, try the Greenwood, priced at just $1,098,750.

payout increases

Buying all these new toys means you need to make some money, and now crime pays more than ever.

Races of all types, including player-created ones, have seen a 50% higher payout, making being a great driver more profitable than ever.

That’s not all, because in Adversary Mode the payout will increase by 50%.

Heists have also become a lot more lucrative. Heist setups pay 50% more and the final cut minimum has been increased to 15%.

In addition, many raid finals have had their payouts increased. The following have seen a 75% increase:

  • The Fleeca job
  • The Humane Labs Raid
  • The Prison Break finale
  • Series A Funding Finals

The following Heist finals received a 50% payout increase:

  • Pacific Standard’s job finale
  • The Doomsday Heist: Act I
  • The Doomsday Heist: Act II
  • The Doomsday Heist: Act III

More vehicle customization

Your cars can now be fine-tuned better than ever in this update.

Vehicles with LS Car Meet access can be fitted with low-grip tires and vehicles will be delivered faster if you request them from the mechanic.

A great change is that you are no longer charged for destroying another player’s armed vehicle.

This means you can adequately defend yourself against attackers without fear of being charged with vandalizing a private vehicle.

Also, you can now own 10 lots, increasing your total potential garage space by 20 vehicles, assuming you own the largest garages.

Indoor walking speed increased

This is a small but appreciated change as some locations now allow players to jog in them instead of slow walking.
