Hack iPhone to spy through walls and hear every uncovered conversation

BEWARE if someone left their iPhone in the room as they could use it to spy on you.

All the snooper needs are Bluetooth headphones like AirPods, and they can literally hear every private conversation through walls.

The hack was revealed by the user on TikTok Dalilamouhib who said she was “shocked” at how it could be used to secretly eavesdrop on partners and friends.

“You can hear everything, everything through your AirPods,” she tells her 99.7k followers.

“You leave your phone in one room, walk into another room and you can hear loud and clear what people are talking in the room your phone is in.

“And they don’t know about it.”

The shady move is done by abusing the hearing loss feature on the iPhone.

It is found within the control centerwhere you tap the plus sign next to Hear.

A person then just needs to slide down to open the control center and select the hearing icon.

From there turn around listen live turned on and they can leave the phone in a room and hear whatever the phone hears through their headphones.

Of course, spying on people is not encouraged.

It only works as far as the Bluetooth connection allows, but could also be used from multiple rooms away with the doors closed.

If you think someone is trying it on, an orange microphone icon will appear in the top left of the iPhone screen.

Dalilamouhib’s video has been liked by more than 3 million people.

“Despite the many other obvious ‘uses’ it can have, the feature was developed to help the hard of hearing so they can place their phone close to a noise source and even hear it from a distance, for example for a lecture the university,” said Tom Peet of the Repair Outlet.
