In the video, posted for her @jennyxo_x The woman explains that the temperature of the water you wash your hair with, as well as exactly where you apply your conditioner, can affect your hair loss.
“Apply conditioner to the ends of your hair, not the scalp,” she says.
“Wash your hair with warm water.”
And Jennifer’s third tip is one to follow as you get out of the shower and into styling – as she says it’s important that you never “pull on your scalp” when brushing or styling your hair. .

Jennifer’s video is flooded with comments from people asking for more tips for their hair, and one person asking if it’s okay to wash your hair with cold water instead of warm water because cold washing is often recommended for people with hair loss. dyed hair color.

Jennifer also made a comment herself asking what her followers do to stop hair loss.
One person said: “I started using rosemary oil. I’ve been putting a few drops in my shampoo when I wash it these days.”
While another added: “Give your scalp a massage and get enough sleep.”
But for those with severe hair loss, Jennifer stresses that it’s best to see a doctor, because in some cases, hair loss can be a sign of something more serious.
She told one commenter: “If it’s severe hair loss then you better go see a doctor, love.”
When to see a doctor for hair loss?
If you experience sudden hair loss, bald patches or patches of hair loss, the NHS says you should make an appointment with your GP to discuss the issue.
You should also see your doctor if your hair loss is accompanied by an itching or burning sensation.
