Harrison Ford’s quick thinking comes into play when a crew member on the set of Indiana Jones is suspected of having a heart attack.

The 79-year-old Hollywood star was filming the final few scenes for the latest installment of the series when the man is said to have collapsed.

Filming of the film was due to finish on Friday but panic raged over the final few days and the star is said to have screamed for a doctor when she noticed the man was in need.

Talking to SunA source said: “Suddenly, a male crew member collapsed.

“Harrison was standing just a few meters away screaming to find a doctor.

“There was a lot of panic. The first responders on the spot performed CPR while they waited for the air ambulance and paramedics to arrive.”

The man’s condition is still unknown, but Harrison’s quick thinking helped him get the attention he needed as soon as possible.

The incident follows similar scenes last year when another member, Nic Cupac, 54, sadly passed away after being suspected of having a heart attack in Morocco.

He died in his hotel room in Fes, where he was preparing for key stunts to be shot for the movie slated for a 2023 release.

Nic is responsible for assembling the films and has worked on a number of Hollywood films including 2020’s Jurassic Park, Disney’s Cruella, Bridget Jones’s Baby, X-Men, and The DaVinci Code.

Filming for Indiana Jones was also halted in June after lead star Harrison was injured.

The veteran actor suffered a shoulder injury while doing stunts. It was reported that filming had to be halted for up to three months while he recuperated.

An insider told Sun at the time: “This was Harrison’s last outing in Indiana and everyone thought it was going to be smooth sailing.

“After the initial delays, everyone wanted to go. But now Harrison is injured and it’s worse than first thought.

“The film’s owners worked out the schedule together and it was chaotic.

“The earliest they think they can restart production is September.”

The insider added: “It wasn’t what people expected so having to change things was a huge blow.

“Everybody is worried about Harrison and they’re glad he’s healing.”
