Heavyweight MMA fighter Daniyal ‘T-34’ Elbaev left his two 821-pound cage rivals face down during a two-on-one bout.

The Russian MMA series Epic Fighting Championship returned this week and was led by heavyweight fighter Elbaev’s two-on-one showdown with rivals Polnoe_TV and Alexey Belyaev. The event puts together some bizarre encounters in sensational formats, pitting the fighters against each other inside an MMA cage.

Elbaev started the fight by touching gloves with his two rivals, who together weighed 821 pounds, giving them a 500-pound advantage over their rival Elbaev, who tipped the scales at 320 pounds. The Russian star – nicknamed after a Soviet war tank – began in the middle of the cage figuring out how to take on both of his rivals.

He first landed a cheap shot at Polnoe_TV before charging at Belyaev, landing some pounding punches to the head before pinning it against the cage. Belyaev quickly tried to hide his head with a desperate guard while his teammate tried to wrestle Elbaev away from him with some rabbit punches to the Russian’s torso.

Belyaev was then thrown to the ground from behind by a short left hand after turning to escape the fight at the cage’s fence. His teammate was still briefly on his feet trying to wrestle Elbaev, who was comfortable with the maneuver. He brought his opponent down with a simple kick off before detonating some big ground-and-pound shots from his feet to his opponent’s head.

Elbaev backed away, leaving his two rivals face down on the canvas, and was utterly exhausted when the referee stopped the fight with just 25 seconds on the clock in the opening round. Both men got up cautiously after being flattened by Elbaev alone, shortly after the official announcement of the result.

The 25-year-old held an MMA record of eight wins and four losses in the two-on-one encounter with a 63 percent KO percentage. The Russian has tipped the scales at 254lbs for his previous bouts but braced himself to face the challenge of two opposing fighters.
