Hibergene’s board faces a surveillance threat if it doesn’t respond quickly to attorneys representing shareholders

Lawyers representing dissatisfied shareholders of failed diagnostics company Hibergene have written to him threatening to report it to state corporate regulators.

The letter to Hibergene’s board of directors warned that if an “appropriate response” to concerns about the conduct of a corporate meeting – and other matters – was not received within three days, a report would be made to “the Director of Corporate Enforcement and the others competent authorities”.
