Holly Willoughby stepped out of her comfort zone with co-star Freddie Flintoff to host ITV’s new reality sports show The Games.
The series will see 12 celebrities go head-to-head in a series of challenges, throughout a week of the live show.
Stars include Mel B’s daughter, Wes Nelson, Christine McGuinness and Max George.
Here, she tells us more…
Hi Holly! What will 12 celebrities, including Ryan Thomas and Olivia Attwood, have to do on The Games?
They will compete in track and field, track, pool, and track and field events and eventually, one of them will be crowned Champion. To put on a performance like this, you need real commitment and effort.
Why don’t you compete?
I think it’s clear why I’m not playing! I am not a born sports person.
I am a exhausted fish here. But my kids love sports and I love watching them watch sports. I love watching the Olympics and I know nothing about it.

Is there an event you’d like to attend?
I walked into the stadium and said, “There’s no way I’m going to ride a bike and climb a wall.” But since I was there, I was like, “I really want to go!”
Who do you think will win?
For me, my real winner won’t be the one who necessarily stands on podium number one.
It will all be about the story and what they put up with to get to that point.
What attracted you to this show?
I love live TV. That’s my favorite thing. Any other TV I’ve made hasn’t had that excitement. There’s nothing like it, although it’s not always on the right track. What could happen in this situation!
Celebrities participating in The Games include Coronation Street stars Ryan Thomas and Colson Smith.
They feature singer Max George of The Wanted, former star of serious drama Kevin Clifton and Emmerdale star Rebecca Sarker, who played Manpreet Sharma in the ITV drama.

Harry Potter star Josh Herdman, Paddy McGuiness’s wife Christine, daughter of Mel B Phoenix and singer-songwriter Chelcee Grimes, were also present.
Reality TV showrunners Olivia and Wes Nelson, plus ITV newsreader Lucrezia Millarini completed the list.
The Olympics will see former professional soccer player Alex Scott take on the role of track reporter, alongside Chris Kamara, the favorite as commentator.
In addition to live coverage of events, the show will film celebrities as they prepare to fight and are taught the sports from scratch by some of the top coaches in the country.
• Game starts Monday 9th May at 9pm on ITV
