This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby is said to have given the green light to scale up at the south-west London home she shares with husband Daniel Baldwin
Holly Willoughby is venturing against her neighbors as she begins some home renovation work.
The This Morning star lives in a £2.8million house in south-west London and was recently given the green light for a contract extension.
She and husband Daniel Baldwin have wanted to add a side and front extension of the first floor, change the windows and doors and a side dorm roof extension at their residence for over a year.
Her neighbors have been complaining about her zoning applications for years, saying there will be disruption to roads as well as noise from construction works.
Since buying the house in 2011, she has had to deal with multiple failed attempts at petitions and grievances from neighbors.

A neighbor also sent a letter to the council about it, with Sun The letter read: “My workspace is right next to the project and having noise all day and all week for so many months is not the standard of living in an expensive area to live in.
“I don’t pay taxes to get this level of disruption, it’s not quality of life. I completely oppose and refuse to proceed with the project.
“This project does not have the goal of fixing an important aspect of the building, representing a bond with the people who live there, only for living in luxury.”
Holly and her husband Dan had previously been given permission to build the basement extension.
