Hollyoaks star Nadine Mulkerrin has left Channel 4 after seven years.

The actress – who is currently expecting a baby with co-star Rory Douglas-Speed ​​- has been playing Cleo McQueen on the Channel 4 show for several years, but in an emotional post she confirmed that she was “close the chapter” on Hollyoaks.

“I really had the best years of my life working on Hollyoaks. I was blessed with incredible storylines that challenged me as an actor and at the same time met me. some of my longtime friends and have an absolute dance inside and outside of work!”

Praising her future mate and all that work has done for her, she added: “I met my future husband and now I have two kids!! I’m so grateful for that! All that this job has given me, you don’t always get stability and comfort in this line of work.
