Horizon Forbidden West gets its first patch after launch

Guerrilla Games released the first post-launch patch for Forbidden Horizon in the Westhelps fix some gameplay, graphics, and mission bugs – and prevents the game from crashing the most.

Version 1.05 does not fix all known issues in the game, as Guerrilla admitted in a post on Reddit that it’s still working some visual problems reported by players – but it resolves some.

Two gameplay fixes have been made for Second chance skill and the camera switches to random angles when using certain weapon techniques.

Some of the quest glitches have also been fixed, including the main Reach for the Stars, The Eye of the Earth, Cradle of Echoes and The Sea of ​​Sands main quests, along with some side quests and errands. and world activity.

Some general fixes have also been implemented, including inaccurately sharp images in HDR, HUD flickering when looting, Aloy jerking while climbing, and Petra’s teleport in the Chanscrape brewery.

Some of the issues that the developers are aware of, but have not yet resolved, are “high priority” graphics issues related to screen shimmer, sharpness, and saturation; some players experience infinite loading screens in Melee Puts; Aloy is blurred in Photo Mode; and an issue in Reach for the Stars where Aloy was unable to interact with the flesh, blocking progress.
