Daniel Craig arrives to premiere No Time to Die
There’s no time to die even if we feel like it as the Mirror joins Daniel Craig’s coach to train for 007.
Craig, 53, achieves his enviable physique with high-paced Russian twists, crunches and lowers, sit-ups and leg lifts.
For many of us, it could also be a spy code for: “How much physical torture can you endure?”

“With Daniel, we became friends – sometimes it’s hard to tell who’s training who.”
