How you see the bizarre “death hole” optical illusion reveals if you’re in the top 7%
AN OPTICAL ILLUSION has had people’s heads spinning after it was revealed on TikTok.
Almost 6,000 people commented on the viral video – and nobody knows the truth behind it.
It shows a figure walking continuously through a strange, winding hole.
But do you see the person falling or climbing?
This is the killer question asked by TikTok users Look mm178.
Apparently, only 7 percent of people see the person climb through the hole.
The remaining 93 percent, on the other hand, see them as failing.
But the users in the comments are divided.
Some say they can actually see both a falling and a climbing motion.
“I saw him climb up and then fall a bit,” said one user.
“We know it’s down and then up,” added another.
Others weren’t so sure.

“I see him crawling down,” commented a third person.
