WHEN choosing a name for your baby, it’s easy to love a name and then change your mind when they’re born.
This mom was so sure of the name she chose, she even put her baby’s things with her initials – just for her to change her mind.
In one TikTok, which has 374.1k views, Ashley, a mother of two, filmed herself writing text explaining her choice.
She wrote: “You gave your daughter a name when she was just pregnant, shopped for all the monogrammed items and then decided once she arrived that you hated it and legally changed her name when she was 5. months old?”
Calling herself out, the 37-year-old also says in the video: “Yes, I did but it was an accident, so be it.”
Buying baby items like blankets, underwear and more personalized with her initials will be expensive but living with a name she doesn’t like will be even more frustrating.
She captioned the video with the words: “Glad to not have to live a lifetime regretting naming her baby!”
