Tori is the founder of the financial advisory website, Her first 100k, in which Tori provides resources and advice to women on becoming financially independent, getting a decent salary, and confident to ask for more.

Tori shared in the TikTok video how she was able to comfortably retire at 26 and revealed exactly how she did it.

“Being financially independent means I never have to work a day in my life if I don’t want to,” she says.

“Here are three ways I made it happen, and how you can too.

“I started investing as soon as I could.

“Now in my work as a money expert, I always tell people that the best day to start investing is today because you didn’t wait to start tomorrow.

“You have time on the side, so start investing if you haven’t already, or increase your contribution if you’ve already started.

“The next thing I did, when I was at the company, I negotiated my salary, all the time.

“I wasn’t in a job that didn’t compensate me fairly.

“And third, last but not least, this lovely seven-figure business I own used to be a side hustle.

“Besides me hustling plus my 9-5, that meant I was able to drop all the extra income I made.”

Tori added that she really hasn’t retired yet but it’s a great feeling to know she can do it if she wants to.

Tori shares that helping women take control of their finances is really important to her, starting her first business at the age of 9, buying a vending machine and using the money. to pay for college education.

At the age of 20, she sold the business to a ten-year-old girl.

“This is the heart of financial feminism: embrace your power, and not only use it to get ahead, but to help others get there,” she writes.

Users were grateful for the advice of Tori, one writer; “I wish I knew all this in my 20s. I’m 41 and still have 10 years to pay off my student loans. But, I’m studying!”

Another added: “Goal. I’ll be there someday, but thanks for the little info that got me across the finish line!”

“Target target target!” Wrote a third person.
