A woman has admitted she ignored warnings not to drink alcohol after getting lip fillers – and ended up regretting the decision when she saw what happened to her lips

TikToker reveals results of drinking after getting lips done

A woman has admitted she was mortified after ignoring advice not to drink alcohol immediately after drinking lip fillerand realized her mistake when she was left with a wobbly pout.

Taylor-Jay, who is from the UK, gained weight tick tock to share a video in which she said she was “absolutely vaping” after having her filler injected into her lips, despite being warned not to drink.

As a result, the beauty was left with swollen and jiggly lips that looked painful – as alcohol is known to increase the chances of swelling, inflammation and bruising for those who recently had their lips done.

Taylor-Jay posting under the username @taylor.jay04xIn her video, she wrote, “When I was vaping hours after getting my lip makeup on, even though I was warned not to drink.”

She also accompanied the clip with the caption, “Thank god they don’t look like that anymore.”

Experts recommend waiting at least 24 hours after your filler appointment before hitting the pubs for a night out to minimize the chances of unwanted swelling.

And after Taylor-Jay admitted to ignoring that advice, commentators were quick to ask her why she wouldn’t listen to the pros.

She replied to one commenter, “I didn’t think anything was going to happen.”

Taylor-Jay also revealed that this was the second time she’d had her lips done and insisted she’d observe the recommended wait time going forward, as she said “never again” to drink so soon after her appointment .

Meanwhile, Taylor-Jay isn’t the only person to have recently shared her lip plumper online, as we also told about a woman looked “like Flappy Bird” after her lips became swollen after her 500-pound filler appointment.

The unnamed woman was in tears as she posted a video of her lips on TikTok, saying: “If you think you’re having a bad day, I’ve been totally devastated by this lip person.

“Like what the hell did she do? I’m so damn mad.”

And in the caption, the woman – posting on TikTok under the username @giiiimarieee1 – wrote, “Laugh now, cry later…$650 (£497) to look like a fluttering bird.”
