But lately, I can’t concentrate.
Some parts of my course are very difficult for me.
I sit for hours just staring at my books or a blank screen, thinking about the past, the people who have hurt me – like my ex-boyfriend – and worrying about the future.
If I don’t solve this problem, I worry that I will lose my college degree.
Please help me get back on track.
