I perfected a Nando’s chicken sandwich for just £1

Do you love Nando but struggle to make their amazing burgers at home?
TikTok chef Bartek has come up with a great trick to enjoy Nando flavors from the comfort of your own home – at a cost of just £1 per serving.
Former bartender Bartek, 25, who rose to fame after learning to cook during the lockdown, shared about eating a Nando’s peri-peri-style chicken sandwich that quickly received compliments from fans on the social networking site.
This recipe includes roasted peppers, onions, peppers, and garlic, which are then mixed and mixed with ketchup.
He then adds lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, dried chilies and spices to complete the marinade, and marinates the chicken thighs for a minimum of four hours.
The chicken is then grilled with halloumi, before the burger is cooked on a scone with garlic butter.
Bartek even makes their own Nando-style Perinaise – mayonnaise mixed with sauces for a spicy twist. He finished the burger with lettuce and tomatoes.
His burger entertainment costs around £1 per burger, compared with £9.25 for a grilled chicken sandwich with Nando’s Halloumi.
“This is definitely on par with the original with more sauce flavors than you get at Nando’s,” Bartek told Jam Press.
“For a fraction of the price, it’s definitely worth a try.”
Bartek – who released a recipe book with HP Custom Content called Let’s Munch: The Chronicles – was praised by thousands of TikTok followers for creating this recipe.
“Watching this in bed and my stomach started rumbling, now a little snacking,” someone wrote.
“Looks exploding,” added another user, while another commented: “I beg you to open your own food stall, I’ll live there.”
