‘I want water to pour down on me’: Trump has cold words for showers at GOP dinner

The Republican frontrunner took aim at the cost of regulation under President Joe Biden in the dinner keynote speech, claiming his administration has “cut the cost of job-killing regulations” in US households before diving into his toilet speech.

“You know, I have this beautiful head of hair – when I shower I want water to pour down on me. “When you go into these new homes with showers, the water drips down slowly, slowly,” Trump said.

“They have suds, beautiful, wonderful suds, lots of money, Procter & Gamble, all that crap they sell that they say is good probably costs them about two cents and they sell it for $10.” You need 10 minutes to wash your hair. Do you know what you’re doing? You just stay in the shower about 10 times longer than you would have, it’s the same thing, you’re probably using more water. I dissolved all of that.”

Users on X (Twitter’s rebranding) mocked the former president for returning to one of his old hits about water currents on Saturday.
