One WOMEN dropped four dress sizes for her wedding without doing any exercises.

She said she felt motivated to make a lifestyle change after hearing a doctor on the radio.

Kirsten, who is about 14 years old and has been busy researching different diets, says: “Doing things like putting on my shoes and boots is a struggle.

“I’m always short of breath if we’re walking, which we usually like to do. Generally I feel uncomfortable when I get dressed – it doesn’t matter what size I buy.”

Her fiancé, Carl, heard Dr Michael Mosley on BBC Radio 2, who was talking about Fast800 programme.

The nursery manager said: “It made complete sense to me, so I decided to order the book there and then.

“I read it right away and it was definitely life changing for me.

“I decided to sign up for the online program in March, because I read that there are a lot of tools and additional recipes on the site.”

She was told she only needed to eat 800 calories a day, and was initially worried that it wouldn’t be enough.

But Kirsten was surprised to find that she was not hungry at all and still enjoyed all the recipes.

She said: “I decided to really devote myself to the diet and I gave up drinking altogether.

“I really found this difficult because I like a gin, tonic and a glass of wine. However, as soon as I cut it out. alcohol, I started to lose weight pretty quickly, even though I didn’t exercise at all. ”

She wants to go down to a size 10 for her wedding and buy her dream dress, which will then help motivate her to stay on track.

GOAL SETTING

Wedding day in July 2021 is an incentive to lose weight even if it becomes difficult to lock the door.

“I bought myself the size 10 wedding dress of my dreams, so my goal is to maintain my weight loss until my wedding day,” says Kirsten.

“July came and I was so happy to fit my dress – it fit like a glove and I was so happy.

“The day was amazing and I feel incredible. I am so proud to wear my amazing wedding dress and become the beautiful bride I have always dreamed of, thanks to this wonderful thing.

“I weigh about 9 now and I’m still on The Fast 800 today but I try and stick to a 3:4 format – four days consuming about 800 calories and three days to relax a little more, but still healthy.”

How you want to lose weight will vary depending on your lifestyle and health.

ONE calorie-restricted diet may not be the best way for you to lose weight, so always do your research and talk to your doctor before embarking on a new regimen.

Experts agree that eating a balanced diet, getting plenty of exercise and not drinking too much alcohol is a good start to getting healthier.
