Speaking of the day she went to get that birth control device inserted into her uterus in 2013, Leanne said, “When my doctor came in and tried it adjust the IUD in, she had the funniest reaction.

“She said, ‘I don’t know how to tell you this, but I think you have a different vagina.’

“From then on we went to the ultrasound almost immediately and the ultrasound confirmed it.

“They couldn’t place the IUD that day because I can’t have one in both wombs.”

Leanne, now 37, was told she has two vaginas – but it just made her feel “special”.

The nude model even has used it to her advantage at workwho uses her condition as a unique selling point on the photo and video sharing site OnlyFans.

The condition is usually called uterine didelphys, of which there are variations.

While there is only an opening and genitals (the vulva), internal parts are divided into two.

Some women have two of everything – the vagina, the uterus and the cervix.

Leanne has been told that she has a vaginal septum – a partition of tissue – that divides her vagina and womb in half.

A person with two vaginas may have no idea until they are examined by a doctor or once they have struggle with pregnancy.

But Leanne, of Phoenix, Arizona, said no medical professional had ever discovered her unique condition.

She said: “I had seen five other doctors before. I think the other doctors missed it because once you find one vagina you don’t usually look for another.

“Well, I don’t blame the doctors too much. For me I see no reason to remove it.

“I feel a little special. Everyone wants something special about themselves. Ideally, it could have been something other than my vagina. But I feel special.”

After her diagnosis, Leanne began to understand the issues she grew up with, particularly with her period.

Symptoms can include hard times or unusual pressure or cramps pain.

‘I FEEL SPECIAL’

Some women get uncontrollable bleeding when they are with a tampon because the tampon is only inserted into one vagina and the other vagina is still bleeding.

Leanne said: “The first time I noticed something was different was when I started getting my periods.

“I found myself inserting a tampon and it would hit a wall and sometimes go in sideways. It didn’t make any sense to me.

“Even today I put a tampon in and it comes off on the right or left side.

“Now I’ve learned to aim better, and oddly enough, I’ve only just started to learn that Two tampons work really good for me.

“I can comfortably place one on each side.”

But Leanne experiences debilitating periods, sometimes twice a month, when her uterus isn’t working in the same cycle.

She said: “I do get two periods a month, but they usually come at the same time, so I have to wear two tampons.

“I would say about three months out of the year they happen at different times and it’s at its worst.

I had seen five other doctors before. I think the other doctors missed it because once you find one vagina you don’t usually look for another.

“When they happen together, it’s excruciatingly painful, I have to spend two to three days in bed.

“I feel like they’re just wasting my life, frankly, so it’s a form of hell. And then when they happen at a different time, it’s like a three-month bleed.

“It’s like I’ve just had my period and five days later my next one starts.”

Leanne does not want to remove the septum, saying that it is “part of her” and makes her “special”.

Since then, Leanne has become only the second model with the condition to join Only Fans and is now making over £1,200 a day and is expected to make over £34,000 in April.

The model, who opened up about her condition on TikTok @TheLadyLeanne, was also met with a slew of unflattering comments.

But overall, she’s proud of her condition, saying: “I’m actually making a good amount of money because of the double vagina pull I’m getting.

“Men and women alike seem fascinated by this rare anomaly.

“Surprisingly, about 40 percent of my supporters are female, so I think everyone is at least a little curious about what it looks like.

“And oddly enough, as shocking as that sounds, it feels good to satisfy what I consider to be ‘perfectly normal’ human curiosity.

“I thought I was going to be torn apart but people say I’m brave and thank me for opening up.”
