Danny Dyer is reportedly set to be targeted by ITV bosses to star in the upcoming series of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here.
The actor, 44, was at the top of the reality show production team’s talent list that they wanted to appear on the show.
And in a bid to lure him in and they’re willing to offer him “big money” when he leaves the EastEnders soap, an insider has shared.
Danny is preparing to leave his job EastEnders has seen him play Queen Vic’s host Mick Carter since 2013 to appears in a new Sky TV series, and the bosses of I’m A Celeb believe his soapy exit will be the perfect way for him to get into the woods.
“The producers thought Danny would be great in the movie and their number one target,” a source said Sun.

“They hope he’ll finish in time, they’ll definitely get a big money offer.”
If Danny signs up for the much-loved show, he won’t have to live in the slums in cold and wet Wales but he will be taken to Australia while the show is returning Down Under.
Over the past two years, the film has been forced to shoot in Wales due to the influence of Covid-19 and international travel restrictions.
Chat on The One Show on Thursday night, presenters Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnely shared that they are planning the series to return to the jungle again when the 22nd season airs later this year.
“Now then, I’m a celebrity“Let’s go there, because Austrailia is reopening their borders from Monday, shall we?” host Alex Jones asked the presenters during their chat.
“So is it a castle, or a jungle?”
“Well the plan is the jungle,” Ant revealed on BBC only.

“Nothing against Wales,” Dec quickly began, and joked that Wales presenter Alex had given him “a pretty stare”.
“We love Wales,” Ant continued.
“But you know, Australia is [I’m A Celeb’s] home and we want to go back there – and we can! “
Danny recently confessed that leaving EastEnders was “a gamble.”
“I’m taking that leap because I need to, and I think sometimes you have to gamble in life because that’s what makes it fun!” he shared on the latest episode of his podcast Arrange with Dyers.
