I’m a celebrity 2022: Matt Hancock and Owen Warner are covered in slime

Matt Hancock was chosen by the public for another Bushtucker trial, but on tonight’s episode he had the help of Hollyoaks actor Owen Warner.

The Who Wants to Look Goofy on Air? test saw Hancock covered with feathers and slime.

The 44-year-old wasn’t surprised when he was chosen to take part in yet another trial, as he laughed and said: ‘That was the most predictable outcome. It means to look silly on the air, then I am.”

The other celebrities were invited to watch the process, making this the first process they were able to do so in this series.

Hancock and warner had 11 stars to collect but was only able to secure five overall.

Ant and Dec gave the former Health Secretary and Hollyoaks actor multiple-choice questions, which they had 60 seconds to answer.

They were also given lifelines to use if they were having trouble finding answers to questions.

The process saw the housemates covered in feathers, custard, sauce and more.

Even viewers got some surprises when Sue Cleaver got covered in slime too.

Warner was disappointed not to have collected more stars, saying: “I’m not happy man I’m covered in all kinds of things and we only have five stars. He (Matt) was fine until you added me to his team.”

I’m A Celeb continues on Sunday November 13 at 9pm on ITV.
