Lauren asserts: “The experience of flying when you’re with someone after you’ve been dating them for a while is actually a signal from your nervous system that something is wrong in the relationship. “

Instead, Lauren claims that “real intimacy” with one special person “felt like coming home”.
She continues: “Butterflies can be a sign that the relationship is unsafe or that you need to heal more deeply.
“A little nervousness is normal on the first few dates – but if it’s been going on for a while, it’s time to go!”
Responding to one viewer who suggested that butterflies were “a sign of excitement”, Lauren added: “Yes! At first, however, they can mean an uncontrolled nervous system response in the long run. .”
One person replied: “Yes, I’ve had really bad butterflies and that’s a big warning I’ll never ignore again!”
“Yeah, didn’t know that in my 20s,” another added. “Finished with the guy for almost two years before I broke up.”
However, others argue that three dates is not enough time to really get to know someone.
A third wrote: “Geez three dates for nothing!!! Come on.”
