Sharing his disbelief at the amazing find, she said: “So I’m house hunting at the moment.
“And I can’t stop looking at real estate.
“So last night I stumbled upon a gem of a property.”
At first glance, she described the semi-detached house as “super standard Irish off-the-shelf home”.

And while the three bedrooms are very nice and well finished inside, there’s still no evidence of anything out of the ordinary.
However, moving backwards, she said, “We’re about to get to the best part of this property.”
She then revealed that behind the spacious and airy patio area lies a huge back garden, complete with gorgeous water features and some intricately crafted wooden sheds and bridges.
She said, “What the hell is that?
“It’s unbelievable, it’s so over the top.
“I wasn’t expecting it, especially when you look at the front of the house.
“The house looks so normal and then you come out and see that.”
The “over the top” backyard even made it into the TikTokers goals of a lifetime.
She described the wonderfully green forest area with the words: “I feel like I’m in a national park right now.
“I don’t feel like I’m behind a house in Palmerstown.
“I was blown away that I wasn’t expecting that.”
The house will cost you a whopping €395,000 and is located at 111 Whitethorn Drive in Palmerstown, Dublin 20.
DREAM HOME
The house’s unique garden, described as a ‘first time buyer’s dream’, also faces south making it the perfect sun trap in the hot summer months.
The property also offers bright and spacious 95m2 accommodation consisting of an entrance hall, a large lounge leading into a dining area and an extended kitchen on the ground floor.
Going upstairs you will find three bedrooms with a master bathroom and a main family bathroom.
There is even a self contained unit at the back of the garden which is perfect for guests or just some privacy.
The sought-after location is also ideal for families and is only a stone’s throw from dozens of local amenities and schools.

The Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, bus routes and the M50 are also just minutes from the front door.
