I’m a mom of 4 and here’s how to make sure your kids NEVER ask for snacks again

FEED ALLOWS Hungry and growing kids can be a tiring job – especially when they’re fussy or don’t know what they want.
That’s why one mother created a system to make sure her baby never asks for junk food again – and reveals exactly how she did it.
“As a mom of four, I specialize in giving tips that will make your life so much easier,” mom Shannon Doherty said at the start of her step-by-step guide.
She then revealed that she has a “self-service refrigerator” that allows her kids to grab snacks without having to talk to her about it.
Describing how to do this, she says: “Cut up your fruits and veggies at the start of the week.
“Fill them in these reusable pickle containers – they fit snugly in the fridge door.”
Shannon adds that she also puts yogurt and cheese sticks in the container.
Instead of putting milk, sauces, and other bottled items in the rack behind the refrigerator door, she puts snacks there.
“I keep everything within reach so my family can grab a snack when they want it,” she explains.
“They love their independence, and so do you,” she concludes.
In the comments section of her video, Shannon said the aforementioned strategy is one of her “all-time favorite hacks” and is “life changing”.
It seems some of her followers would agree, as one commented: “Love your family healthy self-service fridge…it’s fun and easy to enjoy.”
“THIS IS A GREAT IDEA,” said another.
“I will definitely go to Target for those jars of pickles.
“[I love you] Thank you for these ideas. “
Another mom previously shared a tip that has the same goal – but instead of using stationary jars, she packs bento boxes for her kids for on-the-go snacks.
And for kids who are too picky eaters to even snack, a mom and nutritionist has revealed a simple trick to get her kids excited about their food.
