He initially started out as a hand surgeon in 2008 and has since made a name for himself by giving out ‘mom makeup’ to women in the Mormon community in City Salt Lake, Utah.

A mom makeover usually includes breast augmentation, breast augmentation to add volume lost after breastfeeding, tummy tuck and removal of skin or scars, and may also include liposuction and liposuction.

“I love doing mom makeup, or as I like to call it ‘replacing mom’ because it sounds more powerful in my mind – women regain control or control of their bodies after having children,” she said. the surgeon, who was born in Chicago, told Jam Press.

“Many of my clients are young mothers with very young children – four, five or even six babies – and their bodies are just ruined.

“It’s not just about the vanity but also the functional benefit that women get from it and how happy they feel after using it, restoring their bodies to how they were before having it. child.

“They can get back to training and even intercourse is better for them.”

Dr. Chiddy estimates that he has helped more than 500 women get their bodies back in the past two years, and he now has a two-year waiting list for anyone seeking his expertise.

When he’s not helping mom, the dad-of-three also performs facelifts, rhinoplasty, hand surgeries, eye lifts and more.

Throughout his career, the father-of-three has witnessed a lot of fascinating things on the operating table and inside the human body.

Dr Chiddy said: ‘This particular patient is in her 60s or 70s and she had the disease at a relatively young age.

“Back then, when she did them, the surgeons would just say ‘let them in, they’ll be fine,’ but today, for example in the US, you have to tell all the patients they don’t. must be permanent devices, and they’re only good for 10 to 15 years.

“Thankfully, she didn’t really have much pain but they were hard to touch and didn’t look good.

“I’ve never seen mold or anything like that and they don’t smell but sometimes the body will get calcified around the implants.

“You know how you get into the sewer or your kettle, our arteries can become calcified and clogged.

“I’ve seen and heard about a lot of terrible things, thankfully not during my training but while I was training and in other places.”

As a hand surgeon, Dr. Chiddy has also witnessed terrible things in the operating room.

“I saw a lot of crazy things,” he said.

“I once had a patient shoot himself with a crossbow and it went right through his arm.

“I had to cut every structure on his arm to get it out, it took six hours to fix everything but he is back to almost all function.

“I’ve also seen patients with terrible complications after ‘medical travel’ out of the country or even within the US who’ve had tummy tucks that require repair work. change significantly.

“A patient in her 80s had necrotizing fasciitis (flesh-eating bacteria), where to save the woman’s life I had to amputate her entire arm near her shoulder.”

Although his work is varied, there is one surgery in particular that he will never do.

“I personally don’t do butt implants – I don’t think they’re safe, they can cause problems,” says Dr Chiddy.

“I’m very upset with BBLs and a lot of the time, the surgeons don’t even inject the fat.

“People inject all sorts of silicone variants and so women are looking for bargains to get a procedure that could jeopardize their health.

“When I was training in California, one time I took cement out of someone’s ass. It was difficult to get it out.

“Physical disorders are rampant in plastic surgery.

“I always tell my patients, we will never get perfect symmetry, we will never get this perfect.

You can look great and that’s what we’ll do, but not at the expense of your mental health and happiness.

Dr Chiddy and his wife Mindee, also 40, have been running a gym together for two years, where she works as a manager.

The couple were high school sweethearts, they met when they were both 17, before getting married at 22.

They have three children together – Tayden, 12, Mylee, 10, and McKay, five – and this January marks their 18th wedding anniversary.

“It’s about family at work; Mindee is in charge and that’s the way I like it.

“My wife and I are also very open with our children about what we do.

“The approach I take when talking to them is that I’m helping men and women get back in shape instead of trying to recreate that hard-to-get look.”

“It’s about educating people.

“During the lockdown, people were hungry for knowledge but had nothing to do and my videos blew up.

“Now, I have been excluded from social media inquiries alone for the next two years.”

Despite the joy Dr. Chiddy derives from his mother’s make-up, his favorite surgeries are working with children as a hand surgeon.

He adds: “Some babies are born without thumbs so they cannot fight or grab objects.

“When I do a lot of hand surgeries, we do a surgery called an umbrella, where we take the index finger and turn it into a thumb.

“One of the things I love most is being able to follow these patients on Facebook and see how they can use their hands and live a normal life.

“It’s been the most rewarding thing for me.”
