For years she struggled with her weight but now Charlotte Crosby of Geordie Shore is finally satisfied with her body.
“I really love myself,” said the 31-year-old, who has created the UK’s best-selling fitness DVD.
“I don’t want to change anything, I am really, very satisfied with every aspect of myself.
In our exclusive interview, Charlotte shares her knowledge on topics ranging from Prince Andrew’s sex scandal to the existence of aliens.
And the popular naughty reality TV personality claims she’s smarter than ever in her thirties.
“I am much smarter now,” she said. I spent a long evening getting very angry about my tax bill.
“I will always be a bit of a loud, wild, crazy person, but I have definitely grown up. I know more. I am much wiser.
“I think this is a sign of being an adult. I actually drank a glass of red wine the other night.
“Normally I want to go out and just get drunk. Now I want a glass of wine and watch TV.
“And I don’t go out and get drunk on anything as much as I did ten years ago on shore of Geordie – it’s part of the program. Now I can drink or quit.”
Since starting five years with the reality team based in Newcastle in 2011, her career has gone from strength to strength.
Charlotte won the Celebrity Big Brother Award in 2013, appeared on Ex On The Beach with former flame Gaz Beadle in 2015, published the bestselling autobiography Me, Me, Me and launched her own reality series, The Charlotte Show in 2018.
During the pandemic, she hosted the MTV Games Live With Charlotte Crosby and Charlotte Crosby’s Lockdown Laughs.
Her next TV role sees her polling take place strangely at her posh gym in Help! My House Is Haunted.
After capturing the hairs on the back of her neck on her own camera, she summoned experts to the Primrose Hill mansion, near Houghton-Le-Spring, Sunderland, to find out if it was the home of Mr. souls or not.
She said: “I learned some really creepy information about the lot the house is on.
“I believe in all of that. And I believe in aliens 100%. They’re real, I don’t think we’re the only beings that exist in an infinite universe.
“I don’t think they’ll walk around like us, but I think there’s another life form out there.”
Charlotte loves to stay up-to-date on Twitter – but admits she has avoided details of the Epstein/Maxwell sex-trafficking scandal that saw Prince Andrew allegedly sexually abuse a 17-year-old Virginia girl Giuffre, a claim he denies.
“I don’t know much about this case,” said Charlotte.
Referring to Epstein’s four-part documentary Filthy Rich, she continued: “This sounds crazy, but is that what the Netflix documentary has to do with it?
“I don’t want to know the details because it would make my stomach hurt if I knew what was going on.”
Since she was noticed, Charlotte was plagued by body-shaming trolls as her weight fluctuated drastically.
But now, after over 3 seconds of practice, she’s finally satisfied with how she looks and has created her new Blitz ‘n’ Burn fitness app to help others struggling with the regimen. yo-yo diet.
She said: “Before I started working out, I was 11 years and 8lb and didn’t do any exercises at all. But after I started exercising I was able to drop to 8st 12lb. I really don’t have weight to lose anymore because I have found the right balance in my life.
“I am about nine-thirty. It’s hard for me to ever put weight. I swing a few pounds here and there when I’m due for my period or I need a big poo!
“I am still a bit worried. I’ve never had cellulite but I’ve certainly had a few stretch marks on my stomach. I look like the Michelin Man.
“Everybody loves a six pack, so that would be lovely, but I’m not trying to improve in one area. Now I’m all about maintenance – the key is just more mobility.
“I find a really good balance where I can enjoy life, exercise, stay fit, have fun and maintain a really nice shape and size and feel good about myself. self.
“I’m not trying to hit the target weight, but I can be sure that helps anyone who is trying.”
And Charlotte said she hunky new boyfriend Jake Ankers31 years old, a driver, admires her toned figure.
She said: “It feels really right and nice to Jake.
“We’re about the same age and we’re both at the same stage in life and I think that’s really important.
“Character wise, he was just like me – we were both dead sociopaths.
“We are both very focused on our fitness and training. When we are practicing, we will practice until the end. ”
Charlotte released her 3 Minute Belly Blitz, which became one of the best-selling fitness DVDs of the decade, in 2014.
She followed it up with 3 Minute Bum Blitz and a series of diet books including 30 Day Blitz.
“I exercise every day,” she said. It’s not just something I force myself to do, it’s part of my daily routine, like brushing my teeth. I don’t claim to be a personal trainer but the content on my old fitness DVDs, which featured only one workout, was repetitive and boring.
“I wouldn’t knock any other app out – none of which is more effective than another – but variety is the spice of life.
“My apps are a single store. You can follow people, who rank high and win rewards.
“And there’s the competitive side, the recipes, the loads of different exercises, the strong moves, a little bit of everything. And we will be adding yoga soon as well.”
In addition to body changes, Charlotte has also performed facial modifications, including a nose job six years ago and lip filler injections.
“There’s been a lot of change, not only in weight but obviously in facial contours,” she said.
“I did the nose. I have never been bullied or trolled about it, it was simply a decision I made.
“I asked myself, ‘Why would I waste that time being self-conscious about something I could have just changed?
“Some people don’t like big lips, some people like it, but I like my lips as they are now compared to before.”
Now that she’s comfortable in her own skin, Charlotte has also seen her mental health improve. She said: “I had days of depression. Sometimes I just want to cry over anything.
“And I went through some painful times that made me stressed and anxious, but I think I’m very strong and I don’t care what people think of me and I never will. .
“Online trolling is probably the easiest form of bullying you can get, because it’s so easy.
“But you just block them and turn off comments.
“As long as I don’t do anything to physically, mentally or violently hurt someone, then I know I did nothing wrong.”
