EASTENDERS star Danniella Westbook thanked everyone for “stoning” her over the years – saying that without it, she wouldn’t be here to write a third book.
Yesterday, the former soap actress took to her Instagram to announce her upcoming literary release and branded her “car addiction days” as a “blessing” to help those in need. others are “suffering in silence”.
Danielle wrote alongside a glamorous selfie: “Today, I’m grateful for the journey I’ve made my mistakes and the fact that I’ve made them and faced them openly… .
“People criticize me make fun of me judge me and throw hate at me … and all is well.
“Everybody has the right to an opinion and also the right to freedom of speech. And I really want to thank everyone who’s stoned me because if it weren’t for some of that hate I probably wouldn’t be sitting here. today to write his third book.
She continued: “The glass is always half full and never half empty. Everyone remember that no matter how difficult life is…
“And the fact that I made a mistake and had to live my days of car addiction openly is really a blessing because it allows me to use my platform to help others who are suffering from abuse. their silence in silence read my story and know that they are not alone and can have a new way of life…
“So my third book is currently in the works and both me and @socialinspiregroup look forward to sharing it with all of you soon. Much love Westie xxxx”.
Last week, Danniella shared some snaps from her EastEnders past after she was snubbed to reprise her role as Sam Mitchell.
On Instagram, the nostalgic Danniella shared two photos from 1992 where she appeared in TV magazines.
The 48-year-old soap star is popular on BBC radio and known for her role Sam for 36 years until 2016.
The former EastEnders star has not been seen in Walford Square since 2016 after she attended her mother’s funeral, Peggy Mitchell.
Commenting on the rumours, Daniella wrote on Instagram: “EastEnders hasn’t contacted me to say they’re concluding or if they are, but that’s okay.
“Whoever plays Sam next, I wish them all the best of luck in the world. Interesting.”
Celebrity friends and her followers flocked to the comments section after seeing her post, with many telling Danniella her role was irreplaceable.
Wayne Lineker wrote: “Babe, there’s only one Sam Mitchell.”
Another shared: “You will always be Sam Mitchell’s best finisher.”
While a third added: “They should definitely bring you back. You’re a very good actor. It won’t be like that.”
