I’m worried my son Mark Wright has cancer and it keeps me up at night, says mom Carol

CAROL Wright revealed she was terrified when her son Mark got cancer after he revealed a lump under his armpit.
62 years old appeared on Loose Women today and shared how she felt before Mark, 34, received a clear explanation from the doctors.
Former Towie star Carol said: ‘It’s been going on for a while and we’re not worried about it because my husband has the same lump, but much smaller.
“And then it started to grow. When he started telling us it was growing, we became a bit concerned.”
But the night before Mark went into her surgery, Carol started thinking about the possible outcomes.
She said: “It wasn’t until the night before his party that I actually went to bed with my husband and said, ‘Let’s take this seriously.’ My husband reassured me and said, ‘No, he’s not. it’ll be fine.” That’s how he handles things.
“And I stayed up that night thinking, ‘what would we do if it really was cancer?’ But thank God no.”
When questioned by Janet Street, Porter Carol confirmed that thankfully Mark’s tumor was not cancerous.
She added: “He’s fine, he showed me the scar last night and it looks great. It’s really healed amazingly.”
Revealed his tumor last month, Mark wrote on Instagram: “I discovered a lump in my breast/armpit area. Not very big but enough to cause concern and cautious enough to go for a check-up.
“I saw a doctor referred to it as ‘a lump of fat that didn’t need any treatment’ so I dropped it.
“After a while, the tumor grew and started to bother me. I am someone for whom in life in general I leave no stone. When it comes to health, this idiom quadruples. .
“I met with another specialist who happened to be a breast consultant for a second opinion.
“If you notice anything that doesn’t look like it or doesn’t feel right. Don’t throw it away.
“Nothing in life is more important than your health and well-being. Go see a doctor, get yourself checked, and make sure you’re taking good care of yourself.”
