However, there is a big catch: the building needs a lot of work and urgently needs renovation.
Although it looks quite run down, there is clearly a lot of potential behind the house. It features a large kitchen and high ceilings throughout.
It also has an outbuilding at the back and its own well.
Crowd surveyor Shay Lally, who posts on Instagram at @house_to_restore, has posted pictures of the house on social media and said it would be doable for one person.
He said: “It clearly takes EVERYTHING – stripping, retrofitting and outfitting!
“The layout will most likely need to be adjusted! The roof, gutters, downspouts, etc. will most likely need repairs as well! And let’s not forget that the site needs to be landscaped!”
Many rushed to the comments to rave about the hopeful property.

Another chimed in: “Ahhhhh but the potential.”
Others focused on the “beautiful” view surrounding the quaint old school.
Separately, a fairy tale style home has come on the market with 11 bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a large terrace overlooking the pool and gardens.
Built in the 1980s, the gorgeous property looks like it stepped straight out of the set of Disney’s Desenchanted.
The stunning house called Setauket costs 1,850,000 euros but is also “in need of renovation”.
It is located on Torquay Road, Foxrock, Dublin 18 and covers 0.6 hectares.
It features Gothic-style windows and a charming round tower.
The home has a floor area of 894 square feet and has been described as having “the potential to be one of the finest private homes in town.”
