In the world’s highest £250million penthouse with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, but there’s a massive catch

The WORLD’S tallest penthouse, which offers stunning views of New York City, has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, but there’s a major catch.
Known as The One Above All Else, the £250million penthouse sits at 1,416ft at the top of Central Park Tower.

The impressive property has 23 rooms and even offers a view of the Empire State Building.
But the amazing penthouse has a massive catch that might put some people off.
It seems like the strong winds in winter make a high pitched whistling noise.
During a tour of the CBS penthouse, Brook Silva Braga noticed the noise echoing around the house, which the real estate agent described as a “growing pain.”
The penthouse covers 17,545 square meters on three top floors.
The first floor includes an observatory, library, media room and drawing room, while the second floor has five suites and a bonus game/recreation room.
The third level features a ballroom, power rooms, private study, kitchen and enough space for a private gym.
While not the tallest building in the world, it is the tallest penthouse on Manhattan’s Billionaires’ Row.
And although the building will be completed in 2020, it has fewer than 30 full-time residents.
