Matthew’s dash cam captured the left shoulder peddler peddling an orange food delivery bag.

Matthew told Birmingham Mail: “I’m heading north on the M6 ​​right after the spaghetti junction.

“I called 101 once so I could ask him for help.

“The contact center thought I said this was a Just Eat truck [delivering] bike.

“When the coin falls, it’s a cyclist [the operator] “Oh, I’ll have someone in no time.” ”

After Matthew shared the footage on Twitter, Just Eat responded that the company was investigating.
