Indie MMO Spotlight: It’s Crazy World

Every week we scour the internet to find all things indie MMO related stuff, so you don’t have to. Since I finally got a chance to take part in the test, the big news for this week is that I like Crazy world Alpha 5.0 testing. The gory visuals might be too much for some, so be sure to watch out for other alphas and betas coming to an indie MMO near you. But hey, why waste time telling you what you’ll find below when you can already read it. So let’s stop wasting time and get started with this week’s Indie MMO Spotlight.
Aether’s Story
Aether’s Story there have been two patches this week. Along with some bug fixes, some of the new Amberfall content has received reputation reward offers. There are also some changes to the mining and smithing levels to allow earlier access to the ores and the items you can craft from them.
Tourism book
Following last week’s announcement that the team would focus on fixing the bug, a new patch was released this week. The patch is full of polish and you can find the notes above Robot Steam page.
Chimeraland
I drew my attention (thanks to forum member Stizzled) that although Chimeraland was officially released in select Southeast Asian markets with no region locked down. That means anyone can download and play Chimeraland. I was able to verify this myself on my PC but it doesn’t seem to be available from the Google Play Store for Android users yet. Let me know if it can be downloaded from the Apple Store in the comments section below.
Cycle: Border
Yager Development released 9th Developer Diary on Tuesday. This time, they tackled a common question: how will they monetize the game? While skins and other cosmetics will be a source of income, Yager also plans to offer a Starter Pack, Fortuna Cards, and Aurum premium currency that can be used to replenish the K-Marks you earn in-game play. Along with the developer log, a Twitch streamer LasySaiyanPrince’s interview also covers these topics.
Dual universe
With the updated Panacea on the rearview mirror, Dual universe The route has been updated with the next patch, Athena. Anyone familiar with Greek mythology will quickly surmise that the patch will focus on war, and although there will be some non-combat improvements in the Athena patch, the main focus will be on PVP.
Foxhole
The siege camp organized a Dev Livestream on FoxholeGame Twitch channel this week. The thread mentions the upcoming Update 48. The team looked at a bunch of small improvements before going into the new content players can expect in the update.

Starting as an Inn, the player’s settlements will progress through 15 ranks in 3 stages. You can read all about the benefits of player-created cities in Feature Focus – Town and Technology Posted earlier this week.
Gloria Victis
With Weekly update 308, players will now be able to progress through a new character development tree – Forestry. Like the recent logging update, the Forestry update brings with it a bunch of changes, including a new 5 tier lumber generator and a new carpentry station.
