Inside millionaire Rylan Clark’s incredible £1.2 million fortune empire after split from husband

RYLAN Clark still has plenty to smile about despite her split from husband Dan Neal last year.
The Sun can reveal that the 33-year-old has a net worth of £1.2m, bringing his total business fortune to £2.7m.
Presenter Rylan lives in a five bedroom Essex housewhich he shared with Dan until they split in June.
The self-proclaimed Big Brother fan even has a Diary Room in his home – complete with the actual Diary Room chair from the 2013 series he won.
And earlier this year, Host Rylan showed off his impressive garden at the giant property.
Now new accounts show an increase in assets that have increased the fixed assets held at Rylan’s private company Luxenoa by £300k.
Its latest estate brings its brick and mortar holdings to £1,286,656
Rylan signed the accounts last month and they are for the year ending April 30, 2021.
As well as its assets, it holds £85,120 in current assets to bring its total holdings to £1,331,303.
After allowing long-term liabilities at £1,200,574 Luxenoa retained £130,729 in capital and reserves.
Rylan founded the business in 2018.
While Luxenoa looks after Rylan’s assets, Rylan Limited handles his TV income.
This company was founded by him in 2013, reports the nature of his business on the Company page as ‘performance art’.
According to the most recent accounts, he holds £1,644,487 of assets at the company.
They included £1,292,076 in debt for his business, as well as £352,411 in cash.
Upon authorization or invoicing, it held £1,388,988 in shareholder funds as of 31 August 2020.
The accounts show how its net worth has grown over the years.
Rising from £81,450 in 2014, first year of trading, to £230,140 in 2016, £605,030 in 2017 before surpassing £1 million in 2019 with a net worth of £1,049,099.
