One Direction’s Niall Horan is selling his Co Westmeath mansion that he bought in 2017.
oran paid an estimated €465,000 for the six bedroom Mullingar property which had previously been listed in 2011 for €1.6m.
Horan also bought ten acres of land surrounding the house back in 2017.
The property, called “Il Sogno”, is now offered at a guide price of 775,000 euros.
Horan, who now lives mostly in LA, bought the house for his mother Maura and as a base for his trips home.
Murphy Gubbins Auctioneers said the residence sits “prominently on 10 acres with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.”
The house boasts a range of luxury features including a games room with a built in bar.
The property listing states: “Many of the reception rooms have direct access to the surrounding terraced area whilst a selection of the bedrooms have French balconies.
“Situated off a quiet country lane with a sweeping driveway and west facing patio to the rear, this stunning residence offers a splendid opportunity to enjoy quiet, private country living whilst being only 10km from Mullingar town and 80 km from Dublin city center is the M4.
“Externally the property comprises just over 10 acres of land with log build sheds, wood workshop, chicken coop and west facing patio area. There are electric gates and stone walls at the front and a tarred driveway.”
