Inside the largest Metaverse land sale ever as a virtual lot sold for $5 MILLION

METAVERSE real estate is booming, although most of us have not yet set foot in the virtual world.

A company has blown up a staggering $5M/£4M on virtual land in a little-known metaverse platform called TCG World.

Curzio Research has secured 19 “commercial properties” in a deal.

The company plans to set up a virtual headquarters in the existing Asian region.

These include 12 128 x 128 m city lots and seven that are twice the size.

Curzio VIP members are invited to meet with other investors in their Metaverse hub and attend live events, seminars and conferences.

“The Metaverse is what the Internet should be,” said Frank Curzio, founder of Curzio Research.

“A decentralized, permissionless place where individuals have the freedom to create and own their digital content.”

TCG World is one of several Metaverse virtual worlds that have opened up in hopes of getting early on the idea since Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg announced last year his intent to revolutionize the way we live and work.

Well-known names such as Playboy, Nike and Planet Hollywood have also jumped on the bandwagon.

TCG World currently has 100,000 properties for sale and over 14,000 owners to date.

The platform is very heavily geared toward crypto and NFTs, with furniture, houses, creatures, and art available to buy and sell.

Curzio hopes his HQ will be completed in time for the official launch of TCG World.

That is expected to happen sometime in September.
