Internet shared as 6ft 3in tall man stops passenger reclining seat on plane

OPINION was divided after a 6ft 3in man prevented the passenger in front of him from reclining his seat during a flight.

He wrote, “This man kept trying to recline his seat like I’m not 6ft 3, 260lbs” and captioned the video, “Bruh everybody on my knees”.

He then wrote in the comments: “I’m not mad that he tried to recline his seat, what I’m trying to say is that I’m too tall and too tall and my knees won’t allow him to recline .”

The video was viewed 370,000 times and viewers were divided. Many said the other passenger should have been more respectful of Chris.

One person said: “I would Never recline a seat to someone – common courtesy.”

Another wrote: “There are so many reasons not to sit back and this is one. If you still feel privileged, at least ask for approval.”

A third said: “Seats shouldn’t recline, end of problem.”

Others, however, were less sympathetic, saying if Chris wanted more legroom he should have paid for it.

Someone said: “He bought this seat – he can recline. I know what you’re going through, I’m 6ft 4″ but he has every right to sit back.”

Another wrote: “Then you should have bought a seat with more space. He has the right to recline his seat.”

Another added, “So instead of you paying the cost of extra legroom, he’s suffering.”

And a fourth said: “So? He paid his fare, this is his seat.
