iPhone 14 leak reveals BIG upgrade that might even tempt Samsung fans

APPLE’s next iPhone could be right for a major upgrade that could send rivals like Samsung into disarray.

Based on MacRumorsiPhone 14 will have 8GB of RAM – the largest memory ever offered on an iPhone.

That should make mobile devices faster and more adept at handling multiple apps at once, as well as better running games like Fortnite.

The news was broken in a post from account “yeux1122” on the Korean Naver blog.

According to MacRumours, the self-proclaimed Apple insider has previously made accurate statements about the company’s upcoming products.

“Citing supply chain sources, the post claims that the memory components of the ‌iPhone 14 Pro‌ have now been confirmed,” MacRumours said.

They show that the iPhone 14 will have up to 8GB of RAM, up from the 6GB of RAM offered on last year’s iPhone 13 Pro.

This statement is in line with reports from analyst Jeff Pu, who at the end of last year similarly stated that the iPhone 14 will offer up to 8GB of RAM.

Opening multiple tabs in the browser can slow down your mobile device because each tab consumes the system’s short-term data memory.

Called Random Access Memory (RAM), it’s where your phone remembers everything it’s running on, such as apps, browsers, operating systems, and more.

If your RAM is congested by many apps or tabs being used at the same time, your smartphone’s performance may suffer.

Apps can run slower or start lagging, while your phone can get hot to the touch and drain the battery at lightning speed.

Phones with higher RAM are better able to handle more intense tasks and applications.

Every September, Apple launches a series of new iPhones.

Last year’s lineup did not change much compared to 2020.

That means 2022 is shaping up to be a blockbuster year for Iphone.

Last month, Apple expert and top analyst Jeff Pu said he detailed his expectations for these devices.

In an investor note seen by MacRumorsPu confirmed that there will be four new iPhone models.

That’s consistent with previous years, albeit with a slightly different format.

Last year, we had the iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max.

This year we are expecting iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.

That means the iPhone Mini has been exchanged for the iPhone Max, possibly because buyers preferred the larger screen.

All four new iPhone 14 models are expected to feature ProMotion displays.

Currently, these high 120Hz refresh rate displays only appear on the Pro models of the iPhone 13.

They produce smoother animations and scrolling and are generally better for gaming.

All four models are equipped with 6GB of RAM, which is an increase on the lower-end iPhone models.

And the Pro handsets are expected to feature an upgraded 48-megapixel camera on the back of the device.

Finally, the iPhone 14 Pro models will start with 256GB of storage, up from 128GB.

It’s impossible to say if Pu is correct, but some of these claims have been corroborated by world-renowned Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo.

At the very least, the lineup of four iPhones, all with 5G and more powerful chips, seems all but certain.

Of course, Apple has yet to confirm any details about the iPhone 14 – whether it even exists or not.

We won’t expect to hear an official word from Apple until launch date.

But rumors will be dense and fast in the weeks leading up to the event, so check back often with The Sun for all the latest iPhone leaks.
