Irish health testing company LetsGetChecked buys US company BioIQ despite deal crash

LetsGetChecked, an Irish-based healthcare technology company valued at over $1 billion (EUR 870 million), has completed the acquisition of a US-based provider of home diagnostic medical tests following a dispute.

Earlier this month, LetsGetChecked, which was founded by Chief Executive Peter Foley in 2015, announced that it has completed its acquisition of BioIQ, after first announcing its intention to buy the US company last November.
